Hot Product Audit (HCP) is a mobile-first inventory management system designed for retail security teams. It helps track high-value and high-theft products through daily counts, SAP integration, and automated anomaly detection.

What is HCP?

HCP enables field workers to conduct daily inventory counts for “hot products” at retail sites, comparing physical counts against SAP inventory data. The system automatically detects anomalies such as stock shortages, damages, and out-of-stock conditions.

HCP supports five user roles, each with specific responsibilities:
