Logging In

HCP uses simple PIN-based authentication for fast mobile access.

Supported Browsers

HCP works on all modern browsers:

• Chrome 90+ (recommended)
• Safari 14+ (iOS)
• Firefox 88+
• Edge 90+
• Samsung Internet

Note

For barcode scanning, camera access is required. Ensure you’ve granted permission when prompted.

Login Process

1. Navigate to your HCP instance URL (provided by your admin)
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your 4-digit PIN
4. Click Sign In

Tip

Your PIN is set by your administrator. If you forget it, contact your supervisor or admin to reset.

Session Management

• Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity
• You’ll be redirected to the login page when expired
• Remember me option available on personal devices

Troubleshooting Login

Issue	Solution
”Invalid credentials”	Check email spelling and PIN. Caps lock off.
”Account inactive”	Contact your admin to reactivate your account
”No sites assigned”	You need site assignments before accessing data
Camera not working	Check browser permissions in Settings
Page won’t load	Check internet connection; try refreshing

After Login

Based on your role, you’ll see:

• Controllers — Site list (assigned sites only)
• Supervisors — Site list (all org sites)
• Managers/Admins — Dashboard with KPIs
